You need to have a valid access code to enter and use the Employee Assistance Online website. Your access code will have been given to you by your employer and will confirm that they have subscribed to the service and made the website and helpline available to all their employees.

If you have lost your access code, complete this form and we will attempt to confirm you as a valid user. If you are a valid user, your access code will be sent to you.


Your use of this website is completely confidential. Your access code is not linked to you as an individual user, and will not identify you to us or to anyone else. Anonymous statistical data about the usage of this website and/or the helpline may be collected to help us develop and evaluate the service, but this will never breach your individual confidentiality.
